Formidable Form API Integration with OutPerform Custom Built Website (API)

Step 1

1. Login to your WordPress Account and click on Formidable plugin & click on Forms
2. Select the form that you would like to integrate and click on Settings

Step 2

Click on “Actions & Notifications” from the left menu

Step 3

Click on “Send API Data” action

Step 4

1. Scroll down to the Send API data section
2. Action Name : No changes
3. Trigger this action when : No changes
4. Notification URL: https://xxxxx.com/xxxxxx (please refer to the API document)
5. Basic Auth : No changes
6. Data Format: form
7. Method: GET

Step 5

1. Map all fields as per OutPerform API Doc
2. Information highlighted in red box will be provided by OutPerform
3. Information highlighted in green box are existing fields
