Activity Report is a page that records all activities in a deal, prospect & organization.
Step 1: Open the Activity Report
- Login into your OutPerform account.
- Go to the Report section (report icon on the left menu).
- Click on the Activity Report – this will open the Activity Report screen.
Step 2: Read the Report Table
- Review the Date Created and Date Added columns to track when activities occurred.
- Check the Deal Title and Prospect Name to identify which deal the activity belongs to.
- View the Activity Title and Activity Type to understand what action was performed.
- Read the Description for any additional info or message content.
- Check the Owner Name to identify who owns the deal.
- View the Completion Status to know if the activity is done.
- Check Geo Lat and Geo Lon to track the activity location.
Step 3: Apply Filters on the Left Panel
- Set Date Range – Select the start and end date using the calendar picker.
- Filter by User – Choose a specific user or show all users.
- Filter by Activity Type – Choose from Call, Meeting, Task, Deadline, or Email.
- Filter by Completion Status – View Completed, Not Completed, or All.
- Filter by Pipeline – Select the desired pipeline (if applicable).
- Click “View Report” to load the filtered data.
Step 4: Export the Report
- Click the “Download” button at the bottom left.
- The report will be exported in Excel format (.xlsx).
- Maximum data that can be downloaded is 10,000 records in one sheet.
