How to read Lead Acceptance Report?

Lead Acceptance is a report page that keeps track of all leads that users accept and provides a graph for viewing. The calculation is based on Lead Accepted over Inbound Leads times 100%.

Step 1: Open the Lead Acceptance Report

Step 2: Read the Lead Acceptance Report Graph

The top section displays a graph that shows lead acceptance activity over time.

Step 3: Review the Report Table

Below the graph, a table provides detailed records of accepted leads. This includes key data for tracking who accepted the lead and when:

  1. Date Added – The date and time when the lead was created in the system.
  2. Accepted By – The user who accepted the lead.
  3. Lead Name – The name or title of the lead.
  4. Source – The origin of the lead (e.g., campaign, website form, referral).
  5. Acceptance Date – The date the lead was accepted by the user.
  6. Status – The current status of the lead (e.g., Accepted, Rejected, Pending).

Step 4: Export the Report

  1. Click the Download button located at the bottom-left of the screen.
  2. The report will be exported in Excel format (.xlsx).
  3. A maximum of 10,000 records can be exported per sheet.
