The Productivity Report provides a comprehensive view of all user activities and notes associated with deals, prospects, and organizations. It is a useful tool for tracking productivity and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Note: This report only available for admins.
Step 1: Login to Outperform
- Log into your OutPerform account.
- On the left sidebar menu, click on the Report section.
Step 2: Access the Productivity Report
- From the Reports drop-down list, select Productivity Report.
Step 3: Apply Filters to Refine Results
Search by Description
- On the left panel, type in keywords to filter activities based on their content/description.
Filter by Date Range
- Use the Start Date and End Date fields to define a specific time frame for activity tracking. By default it will take one year data from the current date.
Filter by User
- Use the All Users drop-down to select a specific user whose activities you want to view.
Filter by Activity Type
- Use the All Type drop-down menu to filter by specific activity types:
- Core Activities: Call, Meeting, Task, Deadline, Email
- Other Types:
- Avanser Call
- Deal Notes
- Prospect Notes
- Organization Notes
Step 4: Generate the Report
- After applying the relevant filters, click the View Report button.
- This will generate a detailed view of the filtered activities.
Step 5: Export the Report
- Click the Download button (usually at the bottom of the report view).
- The report will be downloaded in Excel format (.csv).
- Note: The export is limited to a maximum of 100 records in one sheet (To download everything, you need to go to the last page and let all data load fully, then generate the report. The system only downloads the data that has been loaded on the page).
