Login to your Outperform account > Click on Report
Step 1: Click on the Lead Routing from the report dropdown
Step 2: Check and find the leads from the list provided. (The latest received leads will be on top)

You may use the filter options (date filter, user filter and outcome filter) to filter the leads. Don’t forget to click apply when using filters.
You may click on the performance button to view the Deal Performance Report.
You may click on the download button to view the Lead Routing Report in Excel format.
Date Added section will show the date and time of when the deal is added.
User section shows which user currently holds the deal.
Deal section shows the title of the deal.
Deal Source section shows the deal source of the deal.
Team section shows which team does the deal belongs to. The team is assigned based on which user from which team accept the deal.
Prospect section shows the name of the prospect of the deal.
Outcome section shows the outcome of the inbound deals. There are 3 types of outcome which is Timed out to manager, Lead still routing an Deal accepted by (user name). Timed out to manager means the deals is rejected by all sales representatives therefore is rerouted to the manager to be accepted. Lead still routing means the lead is waiting to be accepted/declined by a sales representative. Deal accepted by (user name) means the lead is accepted by a sales representative.
First Call section shows the recording of the first call made to the lead along with the date, time and information of the call (outbound/inbound).
Lead Route section shows the journey of the lead. The last user of the journey is the current holder of the deal.
The chart shows the number of leads along with date in a chart form.
