1. Answered Calls – These are calls that are successfully connected to an answer point. However you have to be aware that if a call is routed to the answer point which is a mobile number and it goes to the mobile operator voicemail, it will still be classified as an Answered Call as there was a valid termination point.
2. Abandoned Calls – These are calls that are cancelled by the requestor, in the sense when someone who is interested to know more about the projects. This can be due to a long wait or some connectivity error that triggers the call being cancelled.
3. Missed Calls – These are calls that have been given ample time to be answered. For example the phone had rang at the answer point for 8 rings (default ring duration). However because no one attended to the call, it is not routed to the Call Tracking Voicemail asking the caller to leave a message.
4. Unanswered Calls – These are calls that are captured between an abandoned and a missed call. At times the signal response from the carrier would classify the call as Unanswered as it fell in between the 2 other status.
