How to view call logs?

View call logs on Web

OutPerform has add on Call module which provide a virtual tracking number, these tracking numbers can be used on your online marketing campaign such as Facebook, website & landing pages. These virtual tracking numbers are also used on traditional marketing platform such as billboard, bunting, brochures, TV or radio adverts and etc.

These tracking numbers are associated with a deal source on OutPerform and attributed to the respective prospects deals. You can view the call logs from Calls menu and select Call Analytics.

  • Date filter – View report for a specific date range.
  • User filter – Filter report by specific user (manager account only).
  • Call status filter – View answered / Not answered calls.
  • Call type filter – View inbound or outbound calls.
  • Table below the graph shows calls report in details.

View call logs on Mobile App

Navigate to the Menu > Calls on OutPerform mobile app, all recent calls will be listed with label answered or abandoned calls.

  • Answered Call : Highlighted in Green(light).
  • Abandoned Call : Highlighted in Red(light).
  • Lead Button: Indicates the caller is your existing prospect.
  • Convert Button: Indicates the caller is not your prospect, convert to a new lead / mark as spam caller / drop if not interested.
  • Play Icon: This indicates this call as an audio recording, press to listed to the audio.
  • Filter: Filter the calls by date range.
