How to Qualify Lead for Ended Status in Conversation Page?
- Go to Contact Page.
- Go to the Conversation Page.
- Select Instance – Ai Outreach
Notes: Ended Situation only happens on the Ai Outreach Instance
- Search the prospect and click on their prospect chat.
- Click on the Qualify Lead in the Contact Info Section to qualify the lead
- After you qualified the lead, a pop-up message shows “The lead has been qualified”. Click on the Qualify button.
- The lead has been qualified and the status changed from “Ended” to “Tele Qualified”.




Notes: To open the deal, click on the prospect name in the Contact Info.
