How to Qualify Lead for Ended Status in Conversation Page?

  1. Go to Contact Page.

  2. Go to the Conversation Page.

  3. Select Instance – Ai Outreach

    Notes: Ended Situation only happens on the Ai Outreach Instance

  4. Search the prospect and click on their prospect chat.

  5. Click on the Qualify Lead in the Contact Info Section to qualify the lead

  6. After you qualified the lead, a pop-up message shows “The lead has been qualified”. Click on the Qualify button.

  7. The lead has been qualified and the status changed from “Ended” to “Tele Qualified”.

Notes: To open the deal, click on the prospect name in the Contact Info.
