How to drop an opportunity with a lost reason

Step 1: Open the Deals Listing

1. Log into your OP account.
2. Go to the Deals Listing (icon on the left menu).
3. Click on any deals you wish to drop — this will open the Deal Details screen.

Step 2: Drop the Opportunity with a Lost Reason

• At the top-right of the Deal Details screen, click the Lost/Drop button.
• A Popup will appear — select the appropriate Lost Reason from the predefined list (Interested in Different Projects A, Interested in Different Projects B, Send to Hotleads Pipeline Booking Stage and lost reason).
• Click “Save” to confirm and apply the change.
