How to add a deal (Web and Mobile)?

Deal Creation on Web

• Login to your OutPerform Account
• Before clicking on Add Deal, please make sure you’re on the correct pipeline.
• Depending on Company, your pipeline name may vary.

• Once pipeline is confirmed. click on “Add Deal” button from the Deal Menu.

• Fill in highlighted fields. Highlighted fields are compulsory field for you to fill in.
• By Default, Deal Title will be auto filled in according to Contact Person Name, but you are still able to amend them.

• Deal Value and Expected Close Date and optional fields.
• If you see fields other than the above mentioned, it’s a custom field and it’s an optional field as well. Please check with your management for more clarification.

Deal Creation on Mobile App

Login to OutPerform Mobile App with your login & tap on “+” button at the bottom of the Deals screen

• Deal title – This will be deal title that will be shown in the app, example deal title : Jane Doe (Prospect’s name)
• Lead Name – Type in your potential prospect name
• Contact – Type in the prospects’s mobile number without +6, leading 6, – (hyphen) or empty space. Ex. 0123456789
• Email – Type in prospect’s email address
• Select Source – Choose a source where you have received this leads from, example: Walk-in, Facebook, etc
• Value – Add potential sales value if this deal convert to a sale
• Other Custom fields – Add other additional fields details
• Select create deal button to add the new deal.
