How to add Activities to a Deal on Web?

Login to your Outperform account > Click on Deal

Step 1: Click on a deal to open the detail page
Step 2: Click on Add Activity
Step 3: Choose a type of activity to be added

Call – Follow up call / Call that you have made

Meeting – Upcoming meeting / Past meeting

Task – To-do List

Deadline – Any activities with due date

Email – Email to be sent / Messages to be sent

Step 4: Enter the title of the activity. You can also schedule the date and time for the activity. You can also assign activity to another user (only available for Admin/Manager). There will be Mobile App(in-app )Activity notification will be sent 10 minutes before the activity commence. You also will be receiving an email notification everyday in the morning on upcoming activities for the day.
Step 5: Add any notes/description and click on the “Save” button

Done!

You have added an activity for a deal.
