- Tap on Deals screen > Select pipeline.
- Select the deal that you want to close as a lost deal.
- In the deal detail screen, tap on the Lost button (Red color).
- Select a reason from Select Reason dropdown.
- If no suitable lost reason, you can enter the reason in the remarks section.
- Tap on the red tick at the top right corner of the screen to save the action.
