How to add notes on Web?

  1. Log in to your OutPerform account.

  2. Click one of the deals.

  3. Click the TAKE NOTES tab.

  4. Type in the notes.

  5. Choose Notify User to alert another person that you wanted to notify.
    And, select None, if don’t want to notify anyone.

  6. Click the SAVE button.

  7. If you select another sales rep.
    They will get the notification “Your attention is required for this lead” on their mobile phone.

  8. Tap on the pop-up notification and it directs you to the deal detail screen.
