How to accept inbound leads?

Accepting inbound leads on OutPerform Mobile app

Login to your OutPerform Account to receive inbound lead,

  • When a lead sends an enquiry from your marketing sources, OutPerform will notify you via SMS or in-app notification.
  • If you receive SMS, proceed to open the SMS and click on either an Android or iOS link.
  • If you receive in-app notification, kindly click on notification.
  • Upon clicking on the link or notification, it will open the Leads screen on the OutPerform App.
  • You will be able to get more information about your lead on Leads screen.
  • Tap on Call icon to accept the lead or Decline button if you are not able to accept the lead
  • Upon accepting the lead, you will be connected to the prospect via phone call
