WhatsApp Pre-filled Message on Web
Login to your OutPerform Account & open one of the deal detail page from the list view or pipeline view.
- Click on Email/Messages tab & you will be presented with two(2) options:
- Select Email Template : Choose templated emails from the list and click on Send button.
- Select Whatsapp Template :
- Select a Whatsapp template from the drop down list.
- Your selected message will appear in the text box to make changes to the text.
- Choose a SmartLink PDF file from the drop down to send together with WhatsApp pre-filled message.
- Tap on Send button to open the Web Whatsapp app or Web Whatsapp Business app.
- Whatsapp app will open the prospect’s chat screen and pre-fill the message & PDF link, tap on Send from the Whatsapp app.
WhatsApp Pre-filled Message on OutPerform Mobile App
Login to your OutPerform Account & open one of the deal from the list.
- Tap on Call icon on the bottom left of the screen & you will be presented with three(3) options:
- Call : Place a call from OutPerform app (If you are subscribed to the call solutions, you will receive a call back and then you will be connected to the prospect).
- Whatsapp :
- Select a Whatsapp template from the drop down list.
- Your selected message will appear in the text box to make changes to the text.
- Choose a SmartLink PDF file from the drop down to send together with WhatsApp pre-filled message.
- Tap on Send button to open the Whatsapp app or Whatsapp Business app.
- Whatsapp app will open the prospect’s chat screen and pre-fill the message & PDF lunk, tap on Send from the Whatsapp app.
