How to add SmartLink Template?

This guide walks Admin and Manager users through the process of adding and managing SmartLink Templates — reusable files that can be shared with prospects via SmartLink in OP.

Step 1: Access SmartLink Template Settings

  • Log in to your Outperform account (Web version).
  • Click on Settings button on top right.
  • Select SmartLink Template Setting from the left-hand

Step 2: Add a New SmartLink Template

  • Click on the Add SmartLink Template button.

Step 3: Fill in Template Details

  • Enter a Title for the SmartLink template.
  • Upload File:
    • Click to add a file or browse from your computer.

Step 4: Submit the Template

  • Click the Submit button to save the SmartLink template.

Step 5: View Your Template

  • Once submitted, the new template will appear on the SmartLink Template page.
  • You can view, manage, or update it from this list.

Done!

You’ve successfully added a new SmartLink template.
