Ai Outreach Dashboard provides a broad overview of AI activity. This dashboard is built with an easy way to understand it.
It is divided into 4 sections: Filter, Chat Condition, Statistic and List of Conversation Messages.
1. Filter Section
The filter section will be at the top of the dashboard and it is built to ease your finding. For this dashboard, it consists of (from the left);
a. All Status filter. 5 options of status Active, Responded, Ended, Qualified and Dropped.
b. All Blueprint filter. To select which blueprint.
c. Search field is built to directly search the prospect’s name.
d. The start date filter is to set the starting date.
e. The end date filter is to set the ending date.
f. Apply button. Make sure to click on the Apply button after all the filter is selected.
2. Chat Condition Section
These are the description of the Chat Condition:

1. Total Leads: Total leads attempted.
2. In Progress: Leads that are still being reached out / Follow up sequences are in progress and they have not responded yet to the AI.
3. Responded: All leads that have responded.
4. Ended: Leads that didn’t respond and total AI follow-up sequences are over.
5. Tele Qualified: These are leads that were ended without response but the telemarketer called and qualified them.
6. Qualified: Leads that are qualified.
7. Dropped: Leads that have been dropped by the AI (not qualified).
8. Contacted: Leads that have been successfully contacted by the sales rep.
9. Invalid Number: Leads that cannot be reached out to.
10. Transfered to SRM: Leads that manually transferred to Sales Rep Manager/Admin. (Only applicable for ended conversation)
11. Transfered to SR: Leads that manually transferred to Sales Rep. (Only applicable for ended conversation)
3. Statistic Section
Calculation of:
1. Response Rate is equal to the percentage of total leads replied over the total of leads, not including the total invalid number of leads. (Response Rate = Total Reply / (Total Leads – Total Leads with Invalid Number) * 100%)
2. Qualification Rate is equal to the percentage of total qualified leads over the total of leads, not including the total invalid number of leads. (Qualification Rate = Total Qualified Lead / (Total Leads – Total Leads with Invalid Number) * 100%)
3. Total Reply is equal to the total leads responded to the AI within the applied date filter.
4. Total Leads is equal to the total leads attempted within the applied date filter.
:- Total Leads = ended + qualified + tele qualified + dropped + invalid number
4. List of Conversation Messages Section
The list here shows based on the filter applied.
It is in table view where you can see when the Lead Captured Date, Prospect Name, Opportunity created for the prospect, Prospect Contact Number, the status of the AI Outreach, Date qualified, Date dropped and Date ended.
The prospect name and opportunity are clickable which will direct you to the Conversation page and deal detail page, respectively.
Date qualified column is to show when the deal is Qualified.
Date Dropped column is to show when the deal is Dropped.
Date Ended column is to show when the blueprint flow is Ended.
The last column is the action to delete the deal from the List of Messages Conversation table.
