Lead Aging Report

Go to the Statistic > Lead Aging Report

In this report, we have two reports:
1. Leads Aging Report by Project/Phases/RAs – summary of the lead aging report.
2. Attended Aging Report by Project/Phases/RAs – detailed breakdown for Total Attended Leads

Leads Aging Report by Project/Phases/RAs

Description of each of the columns:

  1. Total Leads – Total Leads owned by the sales rep within the date range do not include the deleted deal.
  2. Total Attended Leads – Total leads that are in Progressing status, Follow Up status, closed as Won deal and closed as a Lost deal.
  3. Total Unattended Leads – Total leads that are Not Contactable, status of the lead is New Lead.
  4. For Pending Aging column, it is the breakdown of the Total Unattended Leads:
    • 5 Days – total unattended leads are within 5 days from the selected end date.
      Eg: Total unattended leads (all open leads with Not Contacted status from 15/12/2022 to 20/12/2022.
    • 10 Days – total unattended leads are within 10 days from the selected end date not including the total leads within 5 days.
      Eg: Total unattended leads (all open leads with Not Contacted status from 10/12/2022 to 20/12/2022 (-) total unattended leads from 5 Days.
    • 15 Days – total unattended leads are within 15 days from the selected end date not including the total leads within 5 and 10 days.
      Eg: Total unattended leads (all open leads with Not Contacted status from 05/12/2022 to 20/12/2022 (-) total unattended leads from 5 Days (-) total unattended leads from 10 Days.
    • 30 Days – total unattended leads are within 30 days from the selected end date not including the total leads within 5, 10 and 15 days.
      Eg: Total unattended leads (all open leads with Not Contacted status from 20/11/2022 to 20/12/2022 (-) total unattended leads from 5 Days (-) total unattended leads from 10 Days (-) total unattended leads from 30 Days.
    • >30 Days – total unattended leads of more than 30 days not including the total leads within 5, 10, 15 and 30 days.
      Eg: Total unattended leads (all open leads with Not Contacted status) before 19/11/2022.

Attended Aging Report by Project/Phases/RAs

Description of each of the columns:
  1. Total Attended Leads – Same as total attended column in Lead Aging Report.
  2. First Response Time (median Hours) – Refers to the response time taken by the sales rep to make the first response such as call, add notes and schedule activities to the deal.
  3. Average Call Duration (Seconds) – Total call duration of the leads (secs) (/) total call activities made.
  4. Average No. of Follow-Up per Lead – Total core activities and calls made (/) total of the attended deal.
  5. The aging Column, is referred to Total Attended Leads:
    • 5 Days – total attended leads are within 5 days from the selected end date.
    • 10 Days – total attended leads are within 10 days from the selected end date. not including the total leads within 5 days.
    • 15 Days – total attended leads are within 15 days before the ending date not including the total leads within 5 and 10 days.
    • 30 Days – total attended leads are within 30 days before the ending date not including the total leads within 5, 10 and 15 days.
    • >30 Days – total attended leads of more than 30 days not including the total leads within 5, 10, 15 and 30 days.
